I had a long lead time until I could actually buy a house. Robert was willing to look at houses with me even though I wasn't able to buy and or close yet. This helped me get an understanding of the market. He was open and honest about the condition of houses. He helped me get a contract in a competitive market. We had a challenge at inspection but he was able to make recommendations on to how to proceed. All in all it worked out very well and I was able to close early.
